Instagram Roundup

I've been M.I.A. for the past two weeks because I've been working on my blog transfer so I figured I'd do an Instagram roundup instead since I've been posting stuff over at my account.

I finally got our stuff from our wedding videographer. I posted our SDE over at our wedding blog.

I fed my washi tape addiction and bought more rolls for my collection plus some baker's twine and paper straws from none other than Hey Kessy. Washi tapes are still on sale, by the way!

After making green velvet cupcakes I finally made some red velvet ones. Same recipe, just a different color, haha. I also tried piping frosting using one of my sister's frosting tips. Such fun!

I carved another rubber stamp, inspired by Adventure Time. Gunter! I wanted to make a BMO one as well, but he has too much detail. I'm leaving BMO for another time when I have tools to carve more detailed stamps.

Carving Gunter left a small piece of rubber block so I carved a Japanese character. "Hoshi" means star. It goes with my existing star stamp!

After a day of shopping my sister and I sat down at Slice and had this yummy slice of cake. It's red velvet cheesecake and it was super good!

A blurry photo of our adopted cats sleeping outside. It's blurry because I took it through a dirty glass panel because I didn't want to go out and wake them up. I find it so cute when they sleep belly up.

A sad photo of a red velvet pancake I made myself. The pancakes were very good even if this photo does not look so appetizing. I followed this recipe from Cooking Classy.

I made hummus a couple of nights ago and we finished the batch with some roti. Not an exact pair but it still tasted good. Mom couldn't find any pita bread so she bought roti instead haha.
